Bagstock Bricks
Design technology is mainly linked to this project, meaning the key focus is on how each element is constructed and how it all goes together to work as one. I have been given a fictional company 'Bagstock Bricks' which is a large brick manufacturer, who are in need for new designs for the entrance to their headquarters. As the entrance it must have a 'wow factor' to it, to engage potential clients.
Office Re-fit
I have been instructed to carry out the design for a complete fit out for a client that intends to take the lease on the entire fourth floor space of a six storey high block.
The accommodation is on the fourth floor level with common areas to each flank (east & west wings). These comprise circulation areas for the building and incorporate the 'means of escape' for the building. Within these circulation/ common areas there are two lifts situated on each wing.
